Hello Mutants,
Another Wednesday is here and thusly, I bring you another Johnny Brento’s JuJu in it’s turn. There was a mobile vlog for the events of the previous week, but honestly it wasn’t all that interesting. I shall summarize in the paragraphs below.
I got to check out my buddy and MVP Player, Eric Cook’s musical project, Vaguely Symbolic at The Daily Grind Friday evening. I had a killer time sitting in with a new church band out in Midland and played, perhaps the longest continuous set of my life. Extremely fun! Streebo got the rough cut of Muticia’s Movie Morgue completed and last night I managed to complete all the background After Effects work for the episode. You know, lasers, rat explosions and taking Muticia and her pals off of the green screen and setting them in a drafty gothic castle. There are a few of those touches left for some title bits and the final edits to the AZ video that plays within the show, but getting very close on all that work indeed. Good stuff too! It’s looking great!
This week has been a bit crazy but the weekend is in sight when Todd, Morgan and I take the first steps of creating the villain of, “Take That.” I hope to have photos and more to report on that front next week.
ParaNorman opens Friday and you know MVP will be there to cover what looks to be an amazing Stop Motion treat! Afterwards, I’ll share my impressions of the film. Have a great week!
Cool graphic, B.
