It’s time for another Monday morning Mutantville Player roll call! Streebo! Geo! Brento! Toddo! No wait that’s not right. I think he’s Mega-Todd or Dr.Savini or something like that but it breaks the name-plus-o convention that we have going. Anyway – we’re all here and accounted for after another long hard weekend making the best in genre entertainment that the Planet Earth has to offer.
When I hold up my Majic Spyglass I can see all the Mutants sitting at home with us. I see Kathy and Catherine. Jason and Dave. There’s Super-K and Angela. Oh – I see Kayli and Meghan and Janice and Ruff. Hey – there’s Kat and Matthew and I even see you! Looks like we’re all accounted for.
Now let’s strap in and put our bits in place because the Mutantville Mothership is about to blast off. We’re headed for the five oblong corners of the Internet and there’s no coming back. We are the maniacal minds that brought you demented curiosities such as Devil Comes Down, Respawner the Web Series, Scarecrow At Midnight and more! Yes, we make movies. We talk about movies. WE ARE MOVIES. We also play music, practice jiujistsu, tango all night, and rock the house in more ways than one as only Four-Dimensional Artists can!
As of March 2010 – Facebook become the single most trafficked site in North America so it’s important to have a strong presence there. If you look through the inter-dimensional portal to your right you will see the thought space cross roads of the Mutantville Productions Facebook fanpage. On the Mutantville Productions fanpage you’ll see a steady time stream of events in the horror, sci-fi and fantasy multiverse. You’ll also get exclusive videos, photos and instant news that you won’t find anywhere else.
Captain Streebo has turned on the no-smoking sign. Place your seats and trays in the upright position. You’ll notice a small pulsating resonator lowering from the compartment overhead. In a moment your pineal gland will be active enough to allow you to see the Twitter stream all around us.
Give it just a moment – and there. That nice shiny @MVP with 1,674 followers belongs to us. How did the Mutantville Players end up with the first @MVP username you ask? Well it should go without saying by now – we ARE MVP. As you should know by now – Twitter is one of the most used services on the Internet as it is easily accessed via mobile devices. The world has embraced Twitter so now you can get news or talk to your favorite writer, actor or porn star instantly. It all happens LIVE. The social media samurai at @MVP guard the eons old secrets of Internet Marketing and can teach you how to use all of this to your advantage but your pineal gland may not be able to filter all of the information fast enough for you at this juncture. For now – you’ll just have to be happy in knowing that even in the Newspace of Twitter – @MVP is there for you.
Alright we’re ready to circle through the lower dimensions and come in for a landing on Mother Earth so let’s relax with a bit of Mutant TV. In 2004 – Youtube opened it’s doors and our viewing habits have never been the same since. The polytransmorphic nature of the Yotubiverse gives us all the ability to create our own channel and broadcast it out to the furthest reaches of the omni-verse.
MVP made it’s debut on Youtube with the birth of Mutant TV on the MutantvillePlayers Youtube channel in Summer of 2007. We launched the channel with a slew of exclusive interviews from the cast of Rob Zombie’s Halloween to tremendous success. Mutant TV has been providing new and unique entertainment to the unwashed masses for over four years now. We have garnered almost half a million views and currently have over one thousand individual subscribers. Not only do we talk to cool people on Mutant TV – but we make our own movies there as well! Only on Mutant TV will you find exclusive behind the scenes videos straight from the sets of Mutantville Productions like this groovy v-log from the set of MVP’s modern Gothic thriller – G.H.O.S.T.

Mutant TV is also home to the one and only Muticia the Movie Goddess – hostess of the Movie Morgue – she who rules the airwaves and your fondest dreams equally. Muticia the Movie Goddess oversees the adventures of the Mutantville Players from her velvet covered throne on the Mutantville Mothership. Contrary to popular belief the Mothership does not merely fly through space – but it moves through time as quickly as Absolute Zero can clear a room full of actors. This gives Muticia the ability to see anything, anywhere from her position in Mutant Space. Each week she finds the best scary movies out there and makes the journey across the Threshold of Time to upload the finest in genre entertainment straight to your laptop. Keep an eye open for the latest installment of Muticia’s Movie Morgue coming to a screen near you!
Speaking of which – Muticia would like to remind us that it was another great weekend for genre entertainment.
