Sawbones is coming to the Fright Night Film Fest!

Everybody’s working for the weekend! Every mutant wants a little romance! You want a piece of my heart – you better start from the start! You want to be in the show? Come on muties, let’s go!

The Mutantville Players are making the mad dash toward the Fright Night Film Fest and Fandom Fest next weekend June 29th – July 1st in Louisville, KY! Come join MVP as we meet Bruce Campbell, Cory Feldman, the cast of The Walking Dead, and the fifth Doctor himself Peter Davison! MVP is screening Scarecrow at Midnight on Friday night at 9:15pm in the French room – followed immediately by Patrick Rea’s Nailbiter.

MVP has been across the universe and back as the Mutantville Players have been everywhere from the set of Robert W. Filion’s Athena to the airwaves of Exploited Cinema’s latest episode about Stanley Kubrick. We’ve posted two countdown episodes of MVP Mutant Radio and two classic Fright Night interviews and somehow we still found time to make the coolest horror anthology DVD that you’ll see all year!

We’re running in the red as we put together the final pieces of the long awaited Tales from Mutantville DVD featuring not only all the MVP short films – but it features the first appearance of Muticia the Movie Goddess as she introduces Mutantville’s tales of terror! We have a long way to go and a short time to get there so you’re going to have to excuse us while we focus on our work in the coming week! Prepare yourself for the Fright Night Film Fest by following our countdown to the festival with interviews from directors Jaysen Buterin of Mad Ones Films, Christopher G. Moore of Cinema Fuel Productions and coming next week – Patrick Rea – director of Nailbiter!

We will have Tales from Mutantville DVDs on hand for $10 at the convention but first we have to finish putting them together. There are covers to make, flyers to print and DVDs to assemble! We’re heading into overdrive but the end is in sight. We’ll see you next weekened at the Fright Night Film Fest!
