Piranha 3DD takes a bite out of Trailer Park Tuesday!

Piranha 3DD (2011)

Today on Trailer Park Tuesday – we’re taking a look at the overlooked horror offering of the month of June from director John Gulager – Piranha 3DD. This is the direct sequel to Alexander Aja’s Piranha 3D from 2010 and continues the story elements first mined by Joe Dante with the original Piranha and all under the watchful eye of movie mogul Roger Corman. John Gulager first caught our eye in 2005 when he won Project Greenlight 3 and went on to helm the FEAST trilogy. It took us by (welcomed) surprise to hear that Gulager was picking up the reigns of one of the most fun, over the top, gory, fan service filled summer flicks of recent memory.
