Looking at Speculative Fiction from Another Dimension.

Christopher G. Moore’s Bursters explode on Trailer Park Tuesday.

Bursters (2010) by Christopher G. Moore

We’re all recovering from our holiday festivities here on the Mutantville Mothership so we thought we would keep things in the holiday spirit by featuring the work of one of our fellow North Carolinian filmmakers Christopher G. Moore.  We first met Christopher at ConCarolinas in 2010 where his movie Bursters played alongside Devil Comes Down.  Needless to say we were very impressed with the quality of Christopher’s work as well as the dark humor that was present in his movie.

MVP would encounter Christopher again when Scarecrow At Midnight played alongside Bursters at the Nevermore Film Festival earlier this year.  Since then, Christopher has gone on to make more shorts including the Lovecraftian black comedy Flush With Fear which went on to win “Best Horror Short” at the NYC International Film FestivalChristopher is currently involved in post-production on his latest work – Foodie

We’re planning to bring you further looks at Christopher’s work in the coming months but for today we’re going to share the trailer to his movie that introduced his work to the world of MVP.  So without further ado here’s Christopher G. Moore’s trailer for his 2010 film Bursters.  For more information on Christopher G. Moore and his films, please visit his official website at Cinema Fuel Productions.
