Sieze the day after the leap!
Over the past week, CFA founder Michael Plumides has put together a stellar lineup of speakers for the upcoming gathering. CFA co-founder J.T.McRoberts of Mutantville Productions will be on hand to discuss the upcoming Mad Monster Party Film Festival in 2013 before turning the floor over to the guest speakers. The tremendous lineup consists of director Mark H.Young who has worked with many talents such as Michael Madsen and William Forsythe. Vanessa Ore producer of My Name Is Paul will also be on hand as will Worth Keeter director of hundreds of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers episodes. Look for Beth Petty director of the Charlotte Regional Film Partnership to share some insight into filmmaking in the area as well. Makeup FX expert Connor McCullagh, the winner of season one of Sy-fy’s Faceoff, is tentatively scheduled to speak as well.
There are no admission fees, no membership dues and no hidden agendas. The Charlotte Film Anarchists are ready to stand up and let the world know that we are here. It’s time to set the world afire through the glint of a lens flare.
