To help you celebrate Memorial Day, I tried to think of a movie with the armed forces in it. The first thing to come to mind was Army of Darkness. It’s not technically the “Army,” but is has “an” army in it. Plus it’s funny and a classic as far as I’m concerned. I’m not going to do a long drawn out history of the movie like I do sometimes. I believe most of us know that Army of Darkness was directed by Sam Raimi and starred Bruce Campbell, Embeth Davidtz, Ian Abercrombie and like all other Sam Raimi films…Ted Raimi.
Army of Darkness is a fun filled film that mixes elements of horror and lots of comedy. So I’m going to show the trailer and some funny clips today! Enjoy!
