2012 marked the debut of the Charlotte Horror Film Festival and with it came great success. It was such a success in fact that they are returning this in October of 2013! They’ve just posted their first promo video and it looks great. The promo was created by some of the most talented filmmakers in the area including director Mark Young and special makeup FX artist Connor McCullagh.
