The Crow (1994) lands on Scary Movie Saturday.

This week we’re featuring a favorite of yours and mine – the Brandon Lee opus – The Crow – based on the graphic novel by James O’Barr. At MVP we’ve long been fans of superheroes as well as horror films and few films combine those two elements as deftly as The Crow. The Crow was one of the few movies that came in the wake of Tim Burton’s Batman that actually understood how to combine the elements of the dark shadowy side of the city with the exciting bombastic moments that make superhero works so exhilarating. So without further ado – let’s watch the movie before Youtube takes it down.
