Ray Harryhausen on Johnny Brento’s JuJu

The film making world has lost an artist this week who’s work left footprints like those of a giant. Ray Harryhausen, the stop-motion animation and special-effects master has died at the age of 92. His work on such movies as “Jason and the Argonauts,” and “Clash of the Titans” (1981) influenced scores of future films makers such as Peter Jackson, George Lucas and then some film makers that really matter to you mutants,  all of us who fly in the Mutantville mothership. One of my earlier film experiments included Claymation which was directly inspired from  Harryhausen’s work.
