G.H.O.S.T. is Ready for Release on Johnny Brento’s JuJu

Filming Low Budget style on G.H.O.S.T.

On location for G.H.O.S.T.

There are just so many ways we can say that a project is close to being completed. At last I can officially say that G.H.O.S.T. is finally completed! Yeah, I know it took a little while longer than originally expected but contrary to popular belief, we all have day jobs! The DVD is a complete work with some extras that expand the back story for those who care about such things an included an interview with that guy, Matthew Ewald whom some of you may know from various other film projects. Also included is a “Best of Mutant TV” featurette that the budding film makers among you might really appreciate. For those of you lucky enough to get your hands on an advanced Festival edition note that this is an updated version of the film. At long last those of you have been waiting patiently can get your hands on one of these sweet babies. I imagine an order form will be showing up here on Mutantville.com any day now.

TALES FROM MUTANTVILLE premiered Friday at 7:30pm at MAD MONSTER PARTY 2012! The DVD is set to release any day now!

Also at the finish line is Tales from Mutantville. The DVD build lacks a single small edit to add credits for everyone’s favorite horror hostess, Muticia, The Movie goddess and a few of the cast not specific to any of the individual films and those are ready to be manufactured as well. I’m hopeful that these can be ready to go this week.

I worked with Streebo on Episode #1 of Muticia’s Movie Morgue, featuring George A. Romero’s Night of The Living Dead for most of the day Sunday, before breaking for an epic Absolute Zero practice. The sound design is essentially completed and a few TV bumpers are all that remain to be completed. We are on track for a Halloween cast and crew screening the week of Halloween and a world wide release on via Youtube on October 31, 2012! Yeah, Buddy!

Work for Take That has reached a fever pitch and the shoot is quickly approaching. Most of the prep is ready but there are always last minute things to tackle and I’m sure this project will be no different.

Lastly, I’ll mention that MVP stalwarts met with Brad Horde from CutshawKane for a creature design discussion for his forthcoming short film, Mosaic 33. That project will be shot in November and December and is to be co-directed by Robert W. Filion and myself.

Take That Shoots on September 29th, 2012

The rest of my year is quickly filling up. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Have a great week Mutants!
